Orion FreightMate™ is the driver’s companion app to our patented, digitally powered Logistics as a Service (LaaS) system for managing freight deliveries and cross-docking using traditional and transformative carriers such as electric and hybrid trucks, aircraft, maritime vessels, and cargo bikes as well as walking couriers. This app provides an electronic manifest management and Proof-of-Delivery for end-to-end flow of all goods whether FTL, LTL, vLTL, Ocean & Container, Drayage, and Parcel freight.
Orion FreightMate™ has teamed with Elite Express to provide advanced logistics support for its customers’ freight. Drivers receive real-time reports for freight status and critical events such as change orders, dock availability, backhauls, and much more. Orion FreightMate™ can be used as an individual mobile app or cloud synchronized for interoperability with any module within our full logistics supportability system such as Orion DockMate™, Orion eLog ELD™ (Electronic Logging Device), Orion ShopMate™, Orion ShipMate™, and ERP.
More than just an electronic manifest, Orion FreightMate™ supports dock availability, ETA/ETD, real-time location, PODs, multi-stops, and records accessorials such as lumper fees, detention, and TONU to name a few features.
